- The house is located on the island of RADELJ ( 1.700 m 2) , in an isolated place,with one house distant 50 m, but separated with wall.
- Next to the island of Murter (town Murter) – 15 min with a small boat
- Also 10 min. by boat is a restaurant on a neighbouring small island (ZMINJAK)
- Matrimonial bed + 2 beds
- KITCHEN –
-refrigerator and stove are gas-operated. - ELECTRICITY IS SOLAR – 220 V ( only for consumer that need little energy like mobile phones ,tv , laptop ..)
- WATER – There is sufficient water, but it must be used with reasonable care.
- BATHROOM + WC ( no warm water)
- OUTSIDE SHOWER (water-tank or solar bag heated by the sun ).
- PORT,TERRACE,GRILL
- Transport to the fishing house and back is organized by boat (there is no public transport) – GRATIS
