- The house is located on the island of MALI VINIK, in an isolated place, next to the island of Murter (town Murter)
15 min. with a small boat - Also 5-10 min. by boat is a restaurant on the island (ZMINJAK)

-refrigerator and stove are gas-operated. - ELECTRICITY IS SOLAR – 220 V (only for consumer that need little energy like mobile phones ,tv ,laptop)
- WATER – There is sufficient water, but it must be used with reasonable care.
- BATHROOM + WC (no warm water)
- OUTSIDE SHOWER (water-tank or solar bag heated by the sun ).
- PORT,TERRACE,GRILL
- Transport to the fishing house and back is organized by boat (there is no public transport), free of charge
