The house is located on the island of ®UT (archipelago KORNATI ) in the bay BIZIKOVICA
where there are 4-5 houses.

MARINA ®UT (with restaurants, markets ) is about 15 min. on foot.




3 BEDROOMS - each 2 beds.
KITCHEN - additional bed
refrigerator and stove are gas-operated.

ELECTRICITY IS SOLAR - 12 V

WATER - ( free falling from water-tank, which is filled with hand pump or with buckets from
main water -tank. )
There is sufficient water, but it must be used with reasonable care.

BATHROOM + 2 WC - no warm water
OUTSIDE SHOWER (water-tank or solar bag heated by the sun ).

PORT ,TERRACE , GRILL
Transport to the fishing house and back is organized by us,
by boat (there is no public transport) and a one-way journey takes 2-3 hours,
depending on sea conditions.
It costs 175 EUR for a return journey for 2 or more persons.

It is possible to rent a small boat (engine 4hp). It costs 25 EUR per day without fuel.
