The house is located on the island of LAVSA ( archipelago KORNATI )
in the bay , where there are 4-5 houses. ( restaurant).

MARINA PIŠKERA (with restaurant, market ) is about 15 min. with a small boat.

House 4+1 is located on ground floor

1 BEDROOM - with 2 beds
KITCHEN - 2 beds + additional bed
- refrigerator and stove are gas-operated.
ELECTRICITY IS SOLAR - 12 V

WATER - ( free falling from water-tank, which is filled with hand pump or with buckets from
main water -tank. )
There is sufficient water, but it must be used with reasonable care.

OUTSIDE SHOWER (water-tank or solar bag heated by the sun ).

PORT, TERRACE,GRILL
Transport to the fishing house and back is organized by us,
by boat (there is no public transport) and a one-way journey takes 2-3 hours,
depending on sea conditions.
It costs 175 EUR for a return journey for 2 or more persons.

It is possible to rent a small boat (engine 4hp). It costs 25 EUR per day without fuel.
